Pricing for NSE's Multi-Beneficiary Escrow Arrangement

Pricing for NSE’s Multi-Beneficiary Escrow Arrangement:

1st Year Technology Vendor Fee ($475) – 1st Year Fee includes deposit of initial Materials.  To be billed upon receipt of signed Escrow Agreement.  

** 1st Year Beneficiary Fee ($475) for each Beneficiary enrolled to Multi-Beneficiary Agreement .  To be billed upon date of enrollment.

** Annual Renewal Technology Vendor Fee ($375) –  To be billed upon anniversary of signed Escrow Agreement.

** Annual Renewal Beneficiary Fee ($375) for each Beneficiary enrolled to Multi-Beneficiary Agreement.  To be billed upon anniversary of Beneficiary’s initial enrollment date.  

** Update Fee ($75) – Associated with each deposit made after the initial.  Frequency of updates to be determined by Technology Vendor and Beneficiary.  

** Release Request Fee ($150) – Associated with Beneficiary’s request for Release of Escrow Materials.

 Fees designated with ** are invoiced per occurrence
