Pricing for NSE's Single & Multi-Vendor Escrow Arrangements

Pricing for NSE’s Single Vendor Escrow Arrangement:

1st Year Escrow Fee ($950) – Fee includes deposit of initial Escrow Materials.  Fee can be split equally between the Technology Vendor and Beneficiary ($475/each) or one party may assume the fee in its entirety.

** Annual Renewal Escrow Fee ($750) – Fee can be split equally between the Technology Vendor and Beneficiary ($375/each) or one party may assume the fee in its entirety.

** Update Fee ($75) – Associated with each deposit made after the initial.  Frequency of updates to be determined by Technology Vendor and Beneficiary.  

** Release Request Fee ($150) – Associated with Beneficiary’s request for Release of Escrow Materials.

 Pricing for NSE’s Multi-Vendor Escrow Arrangement:

1st Year Beneficiary Fee  ($475) – To be billed upon receipt of signed Escrow Agreement.

** 1st Year Technology Vendor Fee ($475) for each Technology Vendor enrolled to Multi-Vendor Agreement. To be billed upon date of enrollment and includes deposit of initial Escrow Materials.  

** Annual Renewal Beneficiary Fee ($375) – To be billed upon anniversary of signed Escrow Agreement. 

** Annual Renewal Technology Vendor Fee ($375) for each Technology Vendor enrolled to Multi-Vendor Agreement.  To be billed upon anniversary of Technology Vendor’s initial enrollment date.

** Update Fee ($75) – Associated with each deposit made after the initial.  Frequency of updates to be determined by Technology Vendor and Beneficiary.  

** Release Request Fee ($150) – Associated with Beneficiary’s request for Release of Escrow Materials
