| Update | $75.00 | Associated with each deposit made after the initial. Frequency of updates to be determined by Technology Vendor and Beneficiary. |
| Release Request | $150.00 | Associated with Beneficiary's request for Release of Escrow Materials. |

| Annual Renewal Technology Vendor | $375.00 | To be invoiced upon anniversary of executed Escrow Agreement. |
| Annual Renewal Beneficiary | $375.00 | Annual fee for each Beneficiary enrolled to Multi-Beneficiary Agreement. To be invoiced upon anniversary of Beneficiary's initial enrollment date. |
